Emsworth Show & EHS Marquee

The Emsworth Show is known as “the Best Little Show in the South”.

At the heart of the show is the EHS Horticultural Marquee. We aim to give members, amateur gardeners and local community a chance to show off their skills in horticulture, home produce and handicrafts.

The 2026 Show will be held on the 31st August, and the schedule is now available to download here:

Marquee Schedule – 7 May 2026

Hard copies of the schedule will be available from 17th may at the Distribution Hut, Bookends of Emsworth, Southbourne Village Hall, Westbourne Animal Feed Company, Emsworth Hardware Stores and Mary Puppins.

We encourage everyone to enter some of their produce into the show and you don’t need to be a member of the EHS to enter. Join in the fun and see what you might win!

Volunteers for the Marquee and Show still needed!

The success of the show relies on our members and volunteers.

We still need:

• Marquee Stewards – 1.5 hour shifts on the “doors” and in the Marquee during the show. We particularly need people for the afternoon slots.
• Exhibit Porters – Monday morning 7am to 9am to help exhibitors transport exhibits to the Marquee from the Car Park area. This year we will be providing a number of plant trolleys to help exhibitors and need people to act as porters with the trolleys.
